Hydralazine hydrochloride

USP only has Hydralazine Hydrochloride RS. Please let me know where i can order Hydrazine dihydrochloride RS and Phthalazine RS.

I would really appreciate any help.

Sigma-Aldrich 450251 Hydrazine dihydrochloride 99.99+ %

Aldrich P38706 Phthalazine 98%
