Width at 50% height calculation on EZchrom Elite 3.3.1

Hello,
I am trying to get the report to show width at 50% height calculations. I have the width at 50% height calculation column on the report but it is showing 0 for all of the peaks.

I was able to get this to show values on a newer version of EZchrom. Still having trouble where I added that as one of the functions of the report. It show up as a column in the report but all the values are zero. If you add width or height is shows values. None of width at % height shows values other than zero. Just wondering if anyone had info on how to fix this.

Hi,
I've the same problem with EZchrom 3.3.2 SP2 (latest version ?)
It's quite strange, once I get it once not at all. It seems that it the same for 'asymmetry'.
Did you find a solution or an explanation ?

Send me the data file, just one suffices. I can only do it in a newer version of OpenLAB EZCHrom but i can see where it goes wrong.
