Dear all,

I have a question concerning organic chemistry, totally not related to chromatography. Not too sure if anyone of you can help.

The name of organic molecule is Longifolene. How to make this molecule with starting material that is of 3 - 4 carbons. The synthesis route has to show all the intermediates and the reagents used.

I would appreciate very much if anyone can give some suggestions.
Thank you.

:)

Go back and look at your textbook and/or lecture notes. If the instructor posed the question, presumably the tools to answer it have already been provided.
