Diol column for Lecithin assay, USP/NF

Hi. I was hoping anyone has some insight in this subject.
The monograph for assay of lecithin in USP/NF states to use a L20-phase (diol) with the dimensions 4x12.5 cm and 5 µm. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good column for this application? I've been looking around slightly and had trouble to match the dimensions. Obviously I could go for another dimension and adjust the other parameters after it. But we are interested in lysophosphatidylcholine in a phosphatidylcholin mixture, so we want to keep it as Close to monograph as possible.

Or, alternatively, anyone got a suggestion for a method looking for lysophosphatidylcholine in phosphatidylcholine mixtures?

Thanks!
Lichrosorb or Lichrospher Diol I think are in those dimmension.

If you want I can share with you my method for analysing PC and LPC on normal phase with CAD or ELSD. Send me private massage if you want.

I'm having some trouble sending you a private message, but I'm very interested in the method you mention. You could try sending it to the following e-mail if you want:
