Diol column for Lecithin assay, USP/NF

Hi. I was hoping anyone has some insight in this subject.
The monograph for assay of lecithin in USP/NF states to use a L20-phase (diol) with the dimensions 4x12.5 cm and 5 µm. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good column for this application? I've been looking around slightly and had trouble to match the dimensions. Obviously I could go for another dimension and adjust the other parameters after it. But we are interested in lysophosphatidylcholine in a phosphatidylcholin mixture, so we want to keep it as Close to monograph as possible.

Or, alternatively, anyone got a suggestion for a method looking for lysophosphatidylcholine in phosphatidylcholine mixtures?

Thanks!

If you want I can share with you my method for analysing PC and LPC on normal phase with CAD or ELSD. Send me private massage if you want.
