Hi, I am using styrene/divinyl benzene, polymer PLPR-S 250X4.6 8um and I believe it is clogged. What is a good guard column for this column. We are separating peptides. Any suggestion appreciated.

Its general recommendation: PLPR-S, 8um, 10-20mm X 4.6 or 4mm ID
You can also use only precolumn filter (PEEK or Ti) - for example, VICI Sure-Guard In-Line Filter (Ti, 0.5 or 2um).
P.S.: Also you must verify your beliefs
