I use an Agilent HPLC, recently I change my software ChemStation to OpenLAB
I find difficulty check my equipment with this software
before with the ChemStation to replace the needle or check the capacity of the lamp I accede directly DIAGNOSIS, with OpenLAB I not already found the icon of diagnosis and I do not know how to do to be able to replace the needle with this software...

You need to buy the additional software package from Agilent to do that. Once you have that, it's pretty straightforward. But if you have multiple HPLC systems, you'll need to purchase enough additional license numbers for all, because each HPLC module needs its own, so maybe 5 for each system.

This is called Agilent Lab Advisor, and for HPLC only, not GC.

You can download LC Lab Advisor from website. Normally when you have new software (OpenLab, Mass Hunter) Lab Advisor is added as free.
For simple tasks like needle/needle seat replacement you can have free basic version.
Alternatively you can do diagnostic/maintenance using hand controller.

Software is free for like 5 modules. So for one instrument, then you must buy additional licenses or do awkward deleting and adding serial numbers and IP addresses each time you choose another module - not so easy.

If you need to replace needle or needle seat you can add only sampler - you don't need other modules in Lab Advisor.
Then you can delete all modules and add new module if you need.

Are you running Server-Client Mode? You need to run in Workstation version to control the needle movement.
