Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers

Hello all,
Looking to test sulfur content in diesel fuel and gaseous propane. ASTM has method D2622 listed as the preferred method which uses a wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer. Any general information on them or pricing information is useful but I am mainly hoping to get a list together of as many makes and models of these as possible. I work for a large network and it is possible that someone else may have one I can get but I need to have specific models to look for. If anyone has one of these, please let me know!
