Hi everyone,
New to this forum. I conditioned SPME fiber on standard conditions (1 hour) then changed method to run a blank but my instrument never got ready. message is always NOT READY. I looked up in to manual and one possibility they told "mismatch between the parameters can cause this kind of problem". While looking at the panel on instrument, I have noticed the column flow rate is more than 8 ml/min which should be around 1.
Any suggestions what problem it might be?

Thanks in advance
