Hi,

I researh a method about determination of chondroitin sulfate in gel form.

Do you have anybody who help me this subject?

BR
with HPLC method I woluld try with GPC. The right column for GPC is the key, you will have to know how big you are molecules in chondroitin polymer.

The gel form is always a pickle. Not a easy one.

As an alternative method you can always try titration with surfactant as a titrant (CPC or SDS), with phototrode from Mettler Toledo as a indicator of EQP. I do it on daily basis, as a quality control of drug with chondroitin sulphate. Unfortunatelly the drug from is power, so ca't help with the gel form.
