chirasil-val and mechansim of hydrogen bonding

hi i am wondering, i looked for the mechanism of the hydrogenbonding in enantioselective chirasil coloums. and i didnt find any usefull information.
am i to stupid or is the mechanism not fully discoverd?

Chirasil columns were introduced in the beginning of the 90's.
Amongst the developpers and scientist who worked on these columns was Prof Schurig.
If you look in the different chromatographic magazines/papers I am sure you will find an answer to your question.
look for "chirasil" on Google and you will find already some info

Chromapck ( nowadays Varian) produced and supplied these columns , You could contact their technical people for an answer
