Hello friends,
i have weird questions. Is there a method to determine the concentraton of the standard using area of the peak or height and retention time? Can you suggest any reference regarding the calibration. Thanks

Any form of quantitative chromatography is "indirect". All you can ever do is compare the area (or height) of the your analyte peak to the areas (or heights) obtained with standards of known concentration.

Retention time does not enter into the quantitation process. It serves to provide the identity of the peak.
