Does anyone have any suggestions as to a GC system that can be used to analyze corrosive(fluorinated)gases?

I will assume you wish to use an FID.

Parts that contact the heated sample or the flame: ie, electrodes, etc should all be gold plated.

Gas Lines should be thick wall Stainless steel glass lined, or deactivated with a silica deactivation at a minimum.

I would ask Valco to suggest the best metal for the valve and sample loops, Monel 400 might be best or perhaps Hastelloy C-22.

A 30ft 1/8" OD Carbopack B with a 1% Carbowax 20M phase has been useful for gas analysis. Any column selected should have silica or carbon based supports.
