Chromatogram Disappear After Blank Subtraction

Hi All,

I am using Thermo Atlas 8.3 (ver 9.00.0.10711).

Chromatogram went disappeared after blank subtraction. Already re-install and re-format the PC quite a number of times. My platform is on 64-bit PC.

Anyone experience the same thing? Mind sharing your solutions please? Thanks!

Why are you trying to subtract a blank ? The most likely answer is your trace and your blank are identical.

Guess i should re-phrase it

Sample's chromatogram will disappear every time i do the subtraction with blank.

Any ideas?

What are the baseline values on the blank versus the sample?
