PE Series 200a Refractive Index Detector

After lamp replacement for the Series 200a RID, what is the procedure to center the new lamp and optimize it? PE Tech Support indicates this must be performed with a new lamp, and that it is a "service only procedure."
Is there a way to reset the lamp hours? Lamp hours indicator is yellow (not green) with over 20,000 hours, but PE Tech Support is not aware of a way to reset the hours.
