Varian Star

Hi All
I recently got a new GC with Varian Star v6.41 installed. My problem is that when I run a sample and open the chromatogram the method displayed is one that has been created for each Cgram!! Not the method I specified for the run...This means any changes I make in interactive graphics are not reflectd in the original method just the chromatogram specific one....If you know what i mean!!
Any thoughts??
