Cone gas is on but desolvation gas is off. Nitrogen gas is set to the right pressure. do you know how I can fix this?

Hi,
press API button (nitrogen gas) and COL (argon gas)! Then on the gas flow tab you can manage to adjust the flow (L/hr).
Cheers
