hello everybody,
is there any routine method to determine pka of a new drug which we can carry out at our analytical development lab.

There are some publications on it (I have to look through my biblio for the exact references).

Otherwise, I think that the question has been already asked previously in this forum, so you may be able to find the answer if you search the forum.

If you look near the upper left of your screen, just below the "Chromatography Forum" logo, you will see a set of links:

If you click on the "Search" link you will (amazingly enough) be taken to the search page.
