Dear all,
I'm working on a PolarisQ (ion trap) GC-MS in the field of pesticides residues analysis.

Does anyone know if mass spectra database dedicated for pesticides are available (free or commercially) and compatible with AMDIS?

If yes, is it fully compatible with ion trap detector as it appear that different ion ratio are observed between quad. and trap mass spectra?

Thanks in advance

You must to used an specific software for pesticide: EnviroLabâ„¢ Forms Software
