Hello!

Does anyone out there know a manufacturer of polymeric reversed phase columns (non-silica packing material). 0.3 mm ID??

thanks for your help,

regards Bert

Hi Bert,
You can found info about this kind of columns in:

Supelco used to make a column like this. Have not checked on it recently.

I suspect the problem is less the "polymeric" than the "0.3 mm". I don't know of anyone who packs polymeric materials in that size column. You might check LC Packings (Dionex) for monolithic polymeric columns in that size range:

Tom, lets share:

as Alejandro suggested, I contacted polymer labs and found exactly the column I wanted. I want to try this column for the teracycline analysis with the keto-enol tautomerism problem (previous thread). The idea is to use relative high salt concentrations in the mobile phase. I would like to see if excessive contamination of the source can be prevented due to the low flow I can use with the 300 µm column ......

Regards Bert

Thanks, Bert!
