Dear All,

Our Waters e2695-2998 system has been turned off on Monday night, and when I turn on the separation module on Wednesday morning, there is an error message saying that: 'sample syringe overpressure 1161psi' on the screen.

This is the first time I saw this error message. I carried on dry/wet prime, prime needle wash, prime seal wash as usual, but so far I haven't tried any injection yet.

Can anyone explain why this happen? I always make sure I filter the sample before injection...

your help will be much appreciated!

Luhan
Anyone work on the injector recently?

What's in your needle wash solution?

What's in your mobile phase(s)?
Thanks,
DR
