CO tailing

Dear all
Need help, on my condition :
1. I had a system gc, with pack columns of porapak Q and Molecular Sieve 13x equiped with FID and methanizer for analyzing trace level of CH4, CO and CO2
2. In term of air sample I am using a combination of 2 column, with valve timing
3. Other sample i will only use the porapak Q
4. My problem is, when i am using the combination of porapak Q and MS 13x, i get a tailing of CO peak. CH4 and CO2 are fine
5. When I am using the porapak Q only, I dont see this problem
6. Is there any chance that the MS13x is some kind damage. I had test analyzing percentage O2,N2,CH4 and CO on this MS13x column using tcd, and the separation are fine with good peak shape
7. Strangely when I am analyzing a ppm concentration it seem to shift in longer time and tend to tailing for CO
Note : this is happen after i am doing a conditioning of MS13x at 300 deg for 2 hours, am I damage the column
