[Solved] Can't reset Waters 2998 PDA detector

For some reason I can't reset my PDA detector via the Waters Empower Console. A lot of options have been grayed out. Normally they are not grayed out. So does anyone know why I can't use these options?

Did you try to turn off and on the detector? Helps with most computers...
That was the first thing I did.. I've done a reset of the client-PC too.
Resetting the client worked. I've contacted Waters, according to them it was a known bug.
