Hi,
Is there a possibility to remove the first few minutes in the chromatogram which includes the solvent peak after the chromatogram is already run. Thanks.
Hello

All software's have option to print specific time range for chromatograms so you can pick whatever time range you want and remove solvent peak from chromatogram.
You can also set parameters for your method/detector and collect signal from specific time (after solvent is eluted)

If you want to stop the solvent peak from being integrated - as opposed to not appearing on the image of the chromatogram for instance - then you need to re-process the data with integration inhibited until the time when the solvent peak returns close enough to baseline.
