I am looking for HPLC column for thiourea.
Thanks in advance
For what sort of analysis? Are you looking to identify and monitor impurities as well as the thiourea compound? Just the thiourea?

Pretty polar molecule. Depending on the nature of your analysis, you can start with a C18 column that has been designed to retain highly polar analytes. I wouldn't be surprised if you need to look at HILIC to ensure that you have adequate retention.
There is a lot of option depending what do you prefer, what do you need, and what are your limitations.

You can go with C18 as Blazer mentioned, but C18 column doesn't retain much polar compound like thiourea. You would have to start with 0-5% of organic phase. To start 0% organic phase I suggest a C18 column which could withstand a 100% water phase like ACE AQ or YMC-AQ. You can also go with polar-embedded group or polar-encapping column to increase the retention time of polar analytes.

An interesting option would be to take PFP of F5 column to see if there would be some retention. Making a phase with methanol, the PFP stationary phase enhances the basicity of compounds.

The more obvious choice would be to go for normal phase separation. You can use diol, silica or cyano column. There also is a HILIC mode separation.
You can also use derivatisation proces in basic pH to add a moiety with high UV absorption or fluorescent properites and than use a column to retain a new compund..

There isn't something simple as "I am looking for HPLC column for thiourea". Use google, write more details...
