Hi,
We have Sykam HPLC system with PDA detector and Gradient pump. We have problem with the repeatability of samples results. aftre injecting many samples with same concentration we found the peak area different for all samples even the retention time is same. what may be the possible cause of the non reproducable results.

thanking you
How many samples?
How reproducible (mean & standard deviation)?
Is the peak well-resolved from interferences?
What is the approximate signal/noise ratio?
