fluorine analysis by GC

I'm looking for 1% detection of fluorine(F2) in Neon using GC.
I've tried with HayeSep column and TCD using Helium as carrier gas, but can't see the peak.
I suspect that the peak comes out at the same time than neon or air at the beginning. Is that possible.
I've been able to identify Krypton and CO2 later. But can't see 1% F2.
Do you have any idea of the best column to use to measure F2?

Is not F2 just eat you GC analytical line instead of passing through?
Also it seems to me for permanent gases should be MoleSieves or PLOT column.

fittings, piping, columns, valves are made from Hasteloy. It should be resistant to F2?
F2 is very reactive and we feel that F2 can't get to the detector because of reaction that could occur before. Carrier gas is grade 6.00 though gas purifier to generate ultra pure carrier gas to minimize reactions with O2.
What other ideas?
Is Teflon could be more appropriate?

HayeSep porous polymers are macroporous, spherical, ultrapure resins for performing unique separations in gas chromatography.

IMO F2 just convert your phase into something non-appropriate and even non-volatile.
