Empower3, new results don't get updated automatically

We had a software update from Waters Empower 2 to Empower3 and so far I have encountered some difficulties when using Empower3.

I am particularly having trouble processing the data. For instance, when a new injection was finished, the sample result did not get updated from the 'Result' session when I clicked úpdate'. To view and integrate the new result, I firstly have to go to Ínjection', right click at the sample, and then click 'Process', after that the result will appear at 'Result' session.

I hope the question is clear enough for people to understand. I am more than happy to provide more details if it is necessary. Thank you very much for your help!

Have you used "run and process" or "run only" in run samples?
With run only this is normal.
If you used run and process, check what's inside the "process(?)" column for each sample in the sample set table (column may be hidden)

That explains the problem! I just tried changing it to 'run and process' and now it works, simple as what you said!!!!!
