Review Window Minimizes in Empower 3 through Citrix

Empower Review Windows are minimizing automatically when I reviewing the data from project through the citrix on Empower 3 .

Please provide the fix if anyone knows & workaround is to right click on opened windows Task bar and click restore button.

I seem to remember this as an issue when we had our original Empower 3 setup. We applied a patch/upgrade from Waters that addressed this and other issues. We are now using Empower 3 build 3471 with Service Release 1, Feature Release 1 and Feature Release 2. You may want to contact Waters for specifics.

Yeah, its been patched to fix. I can back this up with my own experience. I was using the final release candidate of Empower3 right before it was released. The first service pack (or whatever they call it) fixes this problem, I'm pretty sure.
