Hello All,

I had some malware on our Agilent GC computer so I re-iinstalled windows and then Chemstation. Setup Boot Manager and then that talks to the GC (6890 model) no problems.

So I setup to run a sequence and all appears fine. Autosampler injects, on screen GC chromatograms are viewable and then after the run is done ....NO FILE ON THE HARD DRIVE!!

This is first time we had to re-install but is there something obvious in the method that needs to be changed. I reinstalled my acquasition methods that I used previously so I don't think its the method.

Dumb founded here and need some help!!

OK figured it out myself...the sequence datafile had to be relabeled a unique file name. Each run 1,2,3...etc
