I'm everything but a GC MS specialist ... I would really appreciate some help!

I'm trying to tune the GC MS since a month now - one ion is always missing from the calibration (614) and the auto tune crashes.

Also when I run a sample on Xcalibur I have nothing... No baseline noise ... Some times I see one or two ions ...

I cleaned the source and double checked in tune that everything is fine.

Any idea of what is wrong ? Thanks,
