Is there any difference in peak or HPLC performances between 0.02" ID PEEK tubing against 0.018"? First ones are cheaper, from Thermo, and the others from Agilent. Any known differences?

In a standard HPLC system with standard column ID there should be no difference.
With 2mmID or less columns and a small flow cell volume it could affect peak shape a little bit. Try the 0,02''.
