Help with unusual baseline jump during LC gradient runs

Hi LC gurus,

May I get your advice on an baseline issue that I've never had with this Agilent 1260 LC? Even without actually doing a run, if I switch the mobile phase with mixed water and acetonitrile to 100% acetonitrile, after about 2 min once the pressure reached the lowest, the baseline would all of sudden increased and get stabilized. Then once I switch it back to the mixture of water and acetonitrile, again after 2 min once the pressure reached the highest, the baseline sharply decreased and stabilized there. I tried to change to fresh mobile phases, changed from 100% acetonitrile to 50% ACN/50% Methanol, changed to a different column. Still had the exactly same problem. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
It is the problem that you changed the viscosity of your Mobil phase composition, no problem with your instrument and column!
