Compare Retention time Standard vs Sample

Hi everyone
I would like to compare Retention time (RT) standard vs RT sample, I use Empower 2 and create 2 custom field: std..(Retention time) and u%..(Retention time). In sample set I set label's standard is std and Sample are unknow1, 2,3 ...When I create report for this sample and I have result but when I copy two that custom field to another Project both of them is not appear. I can't understand. I'm newbie create custom field Empower so I really would like to receive to your help.
