Chromeleon 7.2 Thermo Ultra

Hi,
I bought a Trace Ultra GC with FID and TCD (used without software), and I have got problems with data collection with chromeleon 7.2 ( I have got one with trace 1300)
When I am using background monitor everything is ok but when I started analysis signal from both detectors is jumping from 10mV to 3000mV. On GC screen everything looks fine but in chromeleon ..;/
I have tried three computers.
I don't know if it is software problem? or hardware?

I've several questions to you:
- Are you able to control the instrument from the panel correctly?
- What do you mean with "Background Monitor"? Manual acquisition?
- What about the audit trails? Any errors written in?
- Did you configure the instrument in the Chromeleon server configuration by your own and are there maybe any errors in?
