ThermoFIsher - GC MS ITQ 700 - No signals

Dear all,

I would be very happy if someone could help me with this issue...


I did a tune and everything is ok except the rejection ampliude (it says that the ion 646 has a too small intensity...)

But when I run a sample in XCalibur, I have no signal at all...

Any idea what to check? It was working perfectly few weeks ago...
