Dear Members,
What is the source of white fuzz on the fitting? Is it due to capillary leakage of the fittings?

Possibly. Could also be due to a little bit of residual buffer left behind when you assembled the fitting.

is it precipitation of buffer salt or an indication of more concentration of buffer?

Will it be a problem? Any suggestion for corrective action if it is caused by capillary leakage that may be cannot be seen?

As long as you don't see any visible moisture/fluid, I wouldn't worry about it. Any leakage is probably measured in nL/day.
