Trap column for FSH protein

Hi,
I am looking for a trap LC-column to be able to capture intact FSH protein injected in a flow of water
Prefably I would like to elute the protein from the trap column with no or a low percentage of acetonitrile (10%), to avoid the protein to dissociate. I have not started testing yet, and maybe an ordinary C18 precolumn will work, but I am afraid that it will need to much acetonitrile.
The idea is to use "2D-chromatography" for concentration of the protein before SEC analysis. The SEC mobile phase is 10% ACN in 100 mM phosphate buffer pH 7 (but this can be changed)
