Hello, I have an overlay for multiple traces on chemstation. I would like to change the colors of some of the traces. Does anyone know how this can be done? Thank you!

We did this about 20 years ago, what version/revision of Chemstation do you have?
For those older versions (we haven't tried on newer), the colors were defined in the [PCS] section of the Win.Ini file, there were sets of numbers like:
Common Agilent ChemStation PCS Colors
0 255 0 green
0 255 255 light blue
255 0 255 purple
0 0 128 dark purple
255 255 255 yellow
0 0 255 blue
0 0 0 black
255 255 255 white
