Water H Class Acquity Plate recognition issues

Hi All
Hope someone here can help
Have a H CLass Aquity that gives the following error "missing/wrong plate or vial"
I am using ansi 48 2 ml vial holder
The system does its needle wash and then moves over the correct position but does not inject and throws up the error
I have tried swapping out the plate holder new vials a reboot but nothing has worked
any help greatly appreciated
