Dip in HPLC-ECD chromatogram
Posted: Thu Oct 22, 2015 8:51 am
For analysis of Neomycin we use HPLC-ECD with post column addition of NaOH solution on a gold working electrode.
However, after several injections a 'dip' appears in the chromatogram (see image).
Anyone got a clue how to get rid of this 'dip'?
The dip also appears when injecting 0 µl
