Waters Empower2 Software & Hitachi 7000 series system

We tried through Waters ICS to operate Hitachi D7000 Interface,L-7100 Pump,L7480 FLuorescenceDetector,L7200 Autosampler, ,L7420 Uv-Vis Detector but its not responding.
Even just the D-7000 interface having IEEE option isnt found within Waters Empower2 software instrument listing. Bcoz all other Hitachi Modules have ethernet connections loop wise and then comes to D7000 Interface.
Can somebody help or guide me.

You have to install the Hitachi ICS onto your acquisition client (and Citrix stack, if you're in an enterprise setup).

Well we don't hv Empower Enterprise edition but I hv seen people using Simply with Empower Users edition but they hv shifted to Galaxy, EzChrom software due to other LC system compatabilty. The main users are not available unfortunately that's why I put up query here. Any hope......
