Mass Hunter Qual Analysis - Method Error

Hi!
I have the Mass Hunter Qualitative Analysis SW B.04.00 installed (with SP2) in my laptop (HP W7 - 64bit) and any time that I want to use it, appear in the inizialitation step, an error as follow:

Agilent MassHunter Workstation Software Qualitative Analysis encountered an error. The program will attempt to continue ignoring this error. However we recommend saving the data and restarting the program.
The log has been created at C:\temp\AgtErrorLogs

You can read the error details at bottom of this topic.
This error apperar too when I try to load a method, and I can not work,!
I was searching in different web pages without luck.
As you can see in the error text, there are some spanish words, because my windows was set in this language, maybe this is the problem?
I really apprecciate if somebody can help me.
