SPD-M10A driver for Windows XP

SPD-M10A driver for Windows XP

I got a SPD-M10A instrument that does not talk to my Windows XP computer running Chromeleon. Device manager shows that a driver is missing. A Chromeleon engineer told me that the file should be called scsiinst.ini. Can anyone help with the file?
