Peak at m/z 32 but no m/z 28. Oxygen but no nitrogen?

Hi everyone. I'm using an HP 6890 gas chromatogram with a 5973 mass selective detector. For some time now now I've had a mysterious oxygen peak at m/z 32. I'm convinced it's not an air leak as there is no accompanying peak at m/z 28. I've replaced the helium gas tank as well as the gas purifier, checked all fittings for potential leaks (although again there's no m/z 28). Does anybody have any idea where this peak may be coming from?

Do you have a high mass 14? Could you please go to mtune and upload a scan from 10 to 650AMU?
