Hello All,
I have large panel LCMS assays I am validating. One AMR run may contain >4000 individual data points.

I used Sciex MQ software for data review but, I need a better system to collate, analyze (simple statistics) and report data.

I currently use spreadsheets with pivot tables but, this is daunting. Has anyone created automated reports for typical method validation experiments or has found a compatible software to use for data reporting. (Water Empower 3?).
