Hi,

Im doing simulated distillation with a set up according to the ASTMD2887.I am trying to use the D7169 calculations for the % of residue for biofuel samples but Im not being lucky at all!I think it might be a sample integration problem.Is anyone using this???
Does anyone know how to integrate the biofuel samples?I mean, just the peaks,or all the stuff that comes out?

Your help would be much much useful!!!!!

As far I remember - you need clear reproducible blank chromatogram.
Then paraffin ruler - calibration.
Then step by step. Not sure about biodisel, but crude oil is dissolved in CS2.
