Derivatisation of protein for SEC

Hi,

We have a sixe-exclusion method that separates protein from protein aggregates. The problem is that polysorbate in the sample gives interferences, so we are not sure what is aggregates and what is polysorbate (probably present as micelles).

Would it be possible to label the protein + aggregates with a fluorescent dye before analysis, and then run SEC/Fluorescence instead of SEC/UV?

If you have an idea of dye and protocol, please give me your suggestion!
thanks :)
