Problem with a GC MS from ThermoFisher - Automatic EI tuning

Good morning,

I'm everything but a specialist in GC MS but recently I had a lot of problem with it...

I have many errors when I perform an autotune...

I'm attaching the image and I would be glad if anyone could help.

Compased to the example tune, the intensities on this instrument are extremely low. I would start by trying to figure out why that is. Most likely dirty source or calibration compound is running out. Have you checked for leaks?
