The condition is the final concentration including derivatisation solvent ( Methoxamine + BSTFA ) should be 100 micromolar.

Fructose bis phosphate is present in salt form. But of course we dont want salt in derivatisation. Do I have to exclude salt and claculate ? Please help me to calculate

Since you're dealing in moles, the calculation is easy: decide how many moles (or millimoles) you need for the initial solution and multiply by the molecular weight of the form you are using (presumably, the salt).

100 micromolar is the same as 100 micromoles/liter.
